This treatment addresses all types of scars including hypertrophic, keloid scars, and bad healing scars. In some cases injections are done to reduce the inflammatory or fibrosis. In other cases laser or microneedling is performed. The last resort is usually revision surgery that is usually performed under loca anesthesia and during which a local flap is performed to close the scar in the best esthetic way.
