Instructions

Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas unless your injector specifically tells you to blend it in (Then gently massage the treated areas in circular motions for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days)
Apply a clean, cloth-wrapped cold pack for 15 minutes to reduce swelling.
Sleep with extra pillows to keep your head elevated and minimize swelling.
Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sun/UV/heat exposure, hot showers/baths/saunas, makeup, and alcohol until swelling completely resolves.
Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and alcohol to reduce bruising; acetaminophen (Tylenol) is generally okay for pain.
You can wash the area gently but avoid scrubbing.
Limit exaggerated facial expressions initially.

24 hours post-treatment
